Our teen workshops are tailored towards to meet the needs of the students, to provide them with the wellbeing tools to help with their own mental wellbeing.

Workshops can include:

  • Introduction to mindfulness
  • Balancing life
  • Positive self-talk
  • Dealing with social media
  • Healthy relationships
  • Becoming aware of thoughts and how they impact our overall wellbeing
  • Dealing with stress
  • Self-Care
  • Goal setting​
